General terms of OMSOME SPACE
Omsome Space｜订课与取消政策（Official）
为保障课程品质、老师备课时间与整体公平性，请各位同学在订课前阅读并遵守以下规则。谢谢理解与配合。
1) 订课 / 取消截止时间
早课：需在前一天 8:00pm 前完成订课或取消
晚课：需在当天 5:00pm 前完成订课或取消
截止时间后取消或未出席，将视为“临时取消/未出席”处理。
2) 临时取消 / 未出席（Late Cancellation / No Show）
若在截止时间后取消，或未出席：
Unlimited Pass：扣除 3 天有效期
Class Pass：扣除 1 次课卡
如遇紧急情况，请务必尽快通过 WhatsApp 通知，我们将按个案酌情处理。
3) 最低开班人数（Minimum Students）
每堂课需至少 3 位学生才开班。
请尽早订课，让老师有充足时间备课。
若人数不足，我们会在合理时间内发出取消通知（以系统/WhatsApp 通知为准）。
4) 因人数不足取消（Class cancelled due to insufficient students）
若你已预约，但课程因人数不足而取消：
Unlimited Pass：不提供延期 / 补课 / 退款
Class Pass：提供 延 1 天（1-day extension）
5) 馆休 / 关闭安排（Studio Closure）
A. 马来西亚公共假期（含每年 1/1）关闭
不提供补课 / 延期
B. 其他原因 / 不可预见情况关闭（如老师突发状况等）
我们会尽力协调代课老师，但不保证一定安排得到（视老师档期与课程安全性而定）。
若最终无法开班：
Unlimited Pass：不提供延期 / 补课 / 退款
Class Pass：Return 1 credit
6) 关于 Unlimited Pass 的说明（重要）
Unlimited Pass 的定义为：在瑜伽馆实际开班的课程表与师资安排下，会员可不限次数预约。
课程与老师安排可能因实际情况调整。为保持对所有 Unlimited 会员的一致性与公平性，Unlimited Pass 不设任何延期/补课/退款。
Omsome Space｜Booking & Cancellation Policy (Official)
To protect class quality, teacher preparation time, and fairness for all members, please read and follow the policy below. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
1) Booking & Cancellation Cut-off Time
Morning classes: book/cancel by 8:00pm (one day before)
Evening classes: book/cancel by 5:00pm (same day)
Any cancellation after the cut-off time or no-show will be treated as “Late Cancellation / No Show”.
2) Late Cancellation / No Show
For late cancellation (after cut-off) or no-show:
Unlimited Pass: deduction of 3 days from validity
Class Pass: deduction of 1 credit
In case of emergency, please inform us promptly via WhatsApp. Cases will be reviewed at our discretion.
3) Minimum Students
Minimum 3 students per class to proceed.
Please book early so teachers have sufficient time to prepare.
If the minimum is not met, we will send a cancellation notice within a reasonable timeframe (via system/WhatsApp).
4) If the class is cancelled due to insufficient students
If you have booked the class and it is cancelled due to insufficient students:
Unlimited Pass: no extension / no replacement / no refund
Class Pass: Return 1 credit
5) Studio Closure
A. Malaysia Public Holidays (including 1/1 every year)
No replacement / no extension
B. Other closures / unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher emergency)
We will try our best to arrange a replacement teacher, but it is not guaranteed (subject to teacher availability and class safety).
If the class cannot proceed:
Unlimited Pass: no extension / no replacement / no refund
Class Pass: 1-day extension
6) Important note on Unlimited Pass
Unlimited Pass means members may book unlimited classes that are running on our published schedule, subject to actual class operation and teacher availability.
Schedules and teachers may change due to operational circumstances. To ensure consistency and fairness, Unlimited Pass comes with no extension / replacement / refund under any circumstance.
