Kids and Teens yoga and mindfulness camp. Come learn tools and techniques to help kids focus, relax, relieve stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and range of motion. We will have a daily mindfulness practice, yoga practice, art and music time. Campers will make something each day to take home.

Camp is led by Clay Pirtle. Clay was a coach and teacher for 17 years before becoming a yoga instructor. Clay uses his 17 years as an educator and his training over the last 8 years in yoga/mindfulness to bring an amazing program to kids that will add tools to their toolbelt to navigate life. This is especially needed with all that is going on right now. With this uncertainty and change kids needs ways to deal with the stress and anxiety. Clay loves to connect with kids and young adults to share with them these tools and his love and passion for yoga.
