Glow Yoga works through sun salutations and standing and balancing poses while building a moderate heat to help you increase blood flow and flexibility. The class includes cool down with some calming poses and always leaves time for a relaxing savasana. This class is for everyone and Bailee will offer modifications and suggests to make the practice your own.
