Tuesdays at 8 pm in August & September with DeAnna

This is the same Candlelight Immersion class you know and love but over the next few weeks each class will focus on a different chakra, or energetic system in the body. The series will end on September 19 with a chakra meditation and full sound bath. We will use gentle yoga stretching, meditation and sound healing (such as the ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks) to open the body’s subtle energy and encourage the release of blockages. Allow yourself to find peace, harmony and balance within. This class is appropriate for all levels. Attend one or all. $10/class or included with pass or punch card
