A limited number of aerial yoga hammocks (4) and zero gravity chairs (6) will be available to use for this session free of charge on a first come/first serve basis starting at 7:30 pm. Floor space will be available as well. We ask that anyone using the hammocks remove all jewelry, zippers and buckles.

This is the final class in our 8 class chakra series.  We will wrap up our focus on a different chakra, or energetic system in the body this evening with a chakra meditation and full sound bath.  You will be led through a guided chakra meditation and relax into the healing sounds  and sound healing  sounds of sacred instruments such as the ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks to open the body’s subtle energy and encourage the release of blockages. Allow yourself to find peace, harmony and balance within. This class is appropriate for all levels. 

You do not have to have attended the other classes in this series to attend this sound bath.
