Join DeAnna and Scott as they bring you an experience of deep relaxation combining Yoga Nidra, form of guided yogic sleep/meditation, and healing frequency of sound therapy. The guided Yoga Nidra will be set to an immersive sound bath utilizing the soothing sounds of chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, an ocean drum, crystal pyramid and a variety of chimes. Used together, this session will help you relax, renew, balance energy and support the release of physical and emotional tension.
