DESCRIPTION: Let's move, shake, play and flow to the rhythm in this fun and active class for adults! This class will explore the use of props for variations on poses (hula hoops, straps, blocks). We move and flow with Ecstatic Dance music to keep us motivated and active for most of the class.  A wind down and savasana in the last 15 minutes brings us back to a peaceful ending to our practice.  This class is fast paced and is good for all levels of students who are active and willing to dance, play and shake their bodies!
