DESCRIPTION: Join One Soul for a one-day mini-retreat on December 10 from 1-9 pm. The day is set aside for Release and Reset.  Release and clear away what didn’t serve you in 2022 and reset and make space for the New Year. We will end the evening with a fire circle complete with s’mores and wine. All levels are welcome to this mini retreat as we reflect on the past year, find gratitude in what we have learned, and create space in our bodies and mind to enter the new year with a clear mind and open heart.

Cleansing Yin practice,
Journaling & group discussion
Intention Setting and Release workshop
2023 Vision Board Workshop
Cacao Ceremony
Sound Bath
Relaxing Restorative and Nidra
