DESCRIPTION: Take a pause from the busyness of the holiday season and step into the serene glow of candlelight. Join us for the last Candlelight Immersion of 2024, a gentle experience to help you reset, recharge, and find balance.

Candlelight has long been a symbol of hope, peace, and renewal—a reminder of the light within us, even during the darkest days of the year. This class will begin with a gentle movement illuminated by the soft glow of candlelight to ease tension in the body and mind. Following the yoga practice, ease into a guided meditation and a soothing sound bath—a meditative experience of healing tones and vibrations to deepen your relaxation and release holiday stress. We’ll end the evening with holiday treats and warm beverages, giving you a chance to connect, reflect, and bask in the peace of the moment.
This immersive experience is perfect for anyone seeking a little holiday magic and mindful self-care.
