DESCRIPTION: To celebrate International Day of Yoga, which is always held on Summer Solstice, join DeAnna for this special Solstice Sound Bath to immerse yourself in the sacred vibrations of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums and chimes.

The summer solstice is a time to take in the nourishing light of the sun and look to hope and new beginnings. It is a time to honor the light, power and fire within. It is a day when the long shining sun carries us through to abundance and gratitude for all that Earth has to offer. 

Sound baths create a space for self-reflection, healing and transformation. The vibrations and resonance of the instruments is not only an auditory experience but can be describes as a full-body sound massage. Let the sounds and vibrations relax you and transport you on a magical sound journey.

Advanced registration is highly recommended, as the space for our sound baths do fill quickly. Dress comfortably and ready to relax. 

Cost is $10 for drop ins or included with pass or punch card.
