Join Emma as she leads an Earth Day celebration honoring the beauty of our planet and encouraging us to connect, protect, and give gratitude to the Earth. It’s a time to slow down, embrace nature’s wisdom, and realign with the natural world.

Through gentle movement and guided energy work, you'll reset the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to shift into a state of balance, rest, and recovery.

When integrating yoga and nature it allows us to ground in mindfulness  and deepen our relaxation. You can expect to align with Earth energy.
