DESCRIPTION: Join DeAnna on Wednesday, July 19 at 7 pm for Wisdom Within Meditation. This is a guided meditation class for all-levels. Wisdom Within will give you the opportunity to connect within and find guidance and clarity in the present moment. Clarity of the mind paves the way for ease, connection and focus.

This session will spend the first few minutes introducing our theme of the evening, intention/mantra setting and connecting to breath. We will then sit in silent meditation for several minutes. This will give you a chance to observe your thoughts and emotions. Afterwards, DeAnna will lead you through a guided meditation to help you relax, let go and connect to your own wisdom within. We will wrap up with breathwork and introspection. 

This is open to all levels. Please dress comfortably. 
Cost is $10 or included in the One Soul pass or punch card.
