Join Leah on Saturday, July 31 at 8:00 pm for our monthly full moon ceremony to welcome in the August 1 Full Moon. We'll discuss the meaning and significance of this month's full moon, practice chandra namaskar (moon salutations) together, enjoy savasana with moon meditation, and end the evening with a burning ritual to release what no longer serves us. Everyone is welcome to the studio for this in-person event.
