DESCRIPTION: As part of One Soul’s four-day celebration of the upcoming solar eclipse, DeAnna will guide you through sun salutations, moon salutations and grounding sequences and stretches aimed at encouraging your own alignment with these celestial bodies. The solar eclipse brings the perfect alignment of the sun, moon, and earth. It’s a perfect time to find balance within your own self - mind, body, and soul. This practice is suitable for all. Cost is $15 or included with One Soul passes. Weather permitting, the practice will be held on the outdoor platform.
