DESCRIPTION: It’s Self-Care Sunday with DeAnna on Sunday, August 20 at 10:30 am. DeAnna will lead you on a short self-care meditation followed by a relaxing sound bath to sooth, relax and release stress. After the sound bath, stay and enjoy a complimentary mimosa bar and light snacks.

During a sound bath, DeAnna utilizes the soothing sounds of chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, an ocean drum, crystal pyramid and a variety of chimes. Each instrument has its own healing frequency or vibration that washes over or “bathes” the body to help the participant relax, renew and balance energy.

Advanced registration is required by the end of the day on Friday, August 18 to ensure we have enough snacks for everyone. Cost is $25 ($20 for those with Pass Perks).
