DESCRIPTION: Clarice puts a fun Halloween twist on today's class! Costumes optional, but fun is not! Trick or treat!

This class incorporates breath to body flowing sequences to move and warm the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.  Each class will end with an savanasa, an extended period of rest.  This class is appropriate all levels. Variations and props will be offered to increase or decrease practice needs.
