Parents, drop off the kids at One Soul for an hour of yoga fun geared for kids ages 4 and up. In this pop-up with Micki, kids will have FUN while learning to improve their balance, coordination and strength as we move and flow through yoga poses, games and activities. This class is a perfect introduction to our upcoming six-weeks kids series starting in October!

Cost is $5 per kid, for ages 4 and up. Dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water.
