Join Libby on November 27th for her popular Yin on the Wall pop-up at 6 pm. Yin on the Wall takes some of the asanas from a regular longer-held Yin practice but uses the wall as a prop for comfort and support of the body. This not only helps release the tension in the muscles but also helps stimulates the body and may help you access some asanas a little bit deeper. The gentle support provides for a gentle practice and is great for all skill levels.
