DESCRIPTION: This month the Full Moon is in Sagittarius making it a time to bloom to your fullest potential. The time feels right to reflect on the bigger picture and seek adventure that aids your soul’s journey.

Each full moon offers the opportunity to release any thoughts, emotions, goals, habits, relationships and situations that no longer serve your higher good. DeAnna leads this month with yoga, sacred sound and ceremony.

For this practice, we’ll discuss energies and information surrounding the month’s full moon, we will practice a gentle releasing flow and enjoy a guided moon meditation with sound for savasana. We will finish with a burning ceremony to release any negative energies that stand in your way. This class is suitable for all levels. This is a free class and all are welcome. When weather permits, we will practice on One Soul’s outdoor platform.
