DESCRIPTION: Relax, release and open the heart with this special yin practice and sound bath. Tap into the heart space with deep stretch yin poses and then settle in for a sound bath to help you release tension and stress.

Yin yoga is a practice where asanas are held longer release deeply held tension and emotional stress in the body. Sound healing using sacred instruments such as the crystal singing bowls creates vibrations known to create a sense of relaxation, openness and release.  Paired together, yin and sound create a magical experience to aid in your own healing journey. A guided meditation and extended savasana will be paired with sound healing.

Open to all levels, $20 or included with pass/punch card
