DESCRIPTION: This month’s Full Buck Moon in Capricorn is on Sunday, July 21. It is a time when we may feel a struggle between our ego and our soul and many emotions may arise during this lunar cycle. We will use our gathering to connect to the heart space, reflect on our accomplishments and release what we don’t want to carry into the new cycle.

Each full moon offers opportunity to release any thoughts, emotions, goals, habits, relationships and situations that no longer serve your higher good. Clarice leads this month with yoga, sacred sound and ceremony. For this practice, we’ll discuss energies and information surrounding the month’s full moon, we will practice a gentle releasing flow and enjoy a guided moon meditation and savasana. We will finish with a burning ceremony to release any negative energies that stand in your way. This class is suitable for all levels. This a free class and all are welcome. When weather permits, we will practice on One Soul’s outdoor platform.
