DESCRIPTION: Gather with us in gratitude on Wednesday, November 20 at One Soul Yoga for an evening of yoga, community, and healing. This special Friendsgiving event combines the warmth of sharing a meal with the magic of sharing energy.

Bring your favorite dish to share and we will enjoy a cozy potluck dinner followed by a casual energy share where you can offer (or receive) your favorite healing modalities—whether it’s pulling oracle cards, leading a meditation, practicing crystal healing, or offering Reiki. If you don’t practice a modality, join us anyway and receive the healing vibes!

This is open to One Soul Yogis to celebrate, connect, encourage and exchange in a space filled with love, gratitude, and healing energy.
