DESCRIPTION: Fill your cup after a busy holiday season! Take a break from the holiday hustle and join us for a serene and soothing evening at our Holiday "Wine" Down class. This yearly special event is designed to help you de-stress and reconnect with your inner calm amidst the seasonal chaos.

Relax and un-“wined” during a one-hour sound bath facilitated by DeAnna, where sacred instruments will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, clearing out stress and tension. Throughout the session, enjoy the healing power of Reiki by Starr, Reiki practitioner. Whether you choose hands-on or hands-off, this energy work will support your body and mind in finding balance. As a special treat, we’ll provide a complimentary glass of wine (21+) to help you fully un-“wined” from the holidays and let go of any lingering tension.

The holidays are over and now it’s time to fill your cup—your mind and body will thank you.
