The Super New Moon in Taurus is a powerful cosmic moment for manifesting stability, security, and alignment with our deepest desires. Taurus, ruled by Venus, brings a focus on self-love, sensuality, and connecting with the earth. This new moon invites us to create solid foundations, ground our dreams into reality, and embrace the beauty of life’s pleasures. It’s a time to set intentions for abundance, personal growth, and unwavering stability.

In this class, we’ll move through a gentle, yet energizing yoga flow to root ourselves into the earth and activate our intentions. Following the flow, we’ll engage in intention setting to harness the energy of the new moon, followed by a meditation to align your mind, body, and spirit with your goals for the coming cycle.

This class is free and open to all. It will be held outside on our yoga platform, weather permitting.
