Clarice will guide you through a gentle yet deeply intentional practice, blending yoga and ceremony to honor the moon's energy. We will release what no longer serves us, and embrace the themes of blossoming and transformation.
Come ready to move, breathe, and celebrate the magic of the Full Flower Moon in a nurturing and supportive space. This is a free class and open to everyone. It will be held outdoors on our beautiful yoga platform in the backyard, weather permitting.
