DESCRIPTION: Join Emma at One Soul Yoga on 6/25 at 8 pm for our free monthly class to honor the New Moon in Cancer, a deeply emotional and intuitive lunation that invites us to slow down, turn inward, and plant seeds of heartfelt intention.

Cancer, the water sign ruled by the moon, is associated with emotional healing, home, family, and inner security. This new moon offers a sacred space to return to yourself—your roots, your truth, your heart. In this gentle and intentional class, we’ll blend movement, breath, and stillness to connect with the moon’s energy, release emotional residue, and create space for new beginnings that feel aligned and soul-centered.

This class is free and open to all. It will be held outside on our backyard yoga deck, weather permitting.
