One Soul Yoga’s Cosmic Soul Retreat is coming April 25 & 26 

Your body holds ancient wisdom. Your energy tells your story. Cosmic Soul is an immersive women’s retreat inviting you to reconnect with both. This is a sacred weekend connecting to soulful practices that awaken, cleanse, and elevate your body’s wisdom. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and expand into deeper alignment, embracing the full magic of your cosmic essence. Because your soul was made to shine.

Together we will:

•	Activate and align energy through movement, breath, sound, and stillness
•	Tune into intuition and soul guidance
•	Learn about the human energy field
•	Explore techniques to learn energetic boundaries, clearing and protection
•	Create a unique craft project to take home
Plus:
•	Light breakfast both days, lunch and dinner on Saturday, plus wine on Saturday evening and mimosas on Sunday
•	Retreat shirt and small care package
•	Optional (and free) sleepover at the studio-BYOB (bring your own bedding), limited glamping campers available for rental

Early Bird Price opens: December 1 $195

Payment Plan:
If you need to pay for your retreat in installments, we are happy to accommodate. We do ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50 upon registering to secure your spot. This does go towards your retreat balance. Remainder will be broken into equal payments depending on the date you register until due date. You will receive email invoice reminders each month. Full payment is due April 10, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel between any time on or before April 10, you will receive a refund or account credit minus $50. No refunds or credits if canceled within 14 days of the retreat.  We know life happens so if there is an extenuating circumstance, please contact us. If, for any reason, One Soul needs to cancel the retreat you will have a choice of a full refund or credit to your account.
