Feeling like your brain is swirling and your nervous system could use a little TLC?
Join this special 6-week series that will combine pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness meditation starting on Thursday, March 26 at 7:15 with Michele.

“Prana” is our life force or energy and “yama” is tuning. Working with our breath can help our perceptions, refine our nervous system and help &quot;tame&quot; the monkey mind.  Mindfulness meditation is being with the present moment without judgement or bias. 
There are a number of ways to practice mindfulness meditation and we will explore a few in this series.

Michele will teach the techniques in a way that you can take them home in your &quot;toolkit&quot; to be used when you need them. We will open each session with a bit of gentle yoga to help settle our bodies but we will be primarily seated for these sessions.

The series is scheduled for Held 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23 and 4/30. Cost is $15 for one class or $80 for all six. Join one session or all of them.
