DESCRIPTION: Immerse yourself in the soothing, fluid energy of the water element during the upcoming Water Element Meditation series with Clarice scheduled for May 7 at 7:15 pm. Water invites us to soften, release, and move with ease while encouraging emotional balance, creativity, and deep inner connection. 

The class will begin with gentle, slow-flowing yoga designed to mirror the natural rhythm of water, helping you cultivate fluidity in both body and breath. These mindful movements will ease tension, open the hips and heart, and encourage a sense of graceful surrender.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation centered on the qualities of the water element—flow, adaptability, intuition, and emotional healing. Through breath, visualization, and somatic awareness, you’ll be invited to connect with the subtle currents within, allowing anything stagnant to soften and move.

Come as you are and allow yourself to float, soften, and simply be.
