DESCRIPTION: Celebrate the light within and around you during this special Summer Solstice Flow held on the powerful convergence of the Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga. Clarice will lead this special class on Sunday, June 21 at 9 am.

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time that has long been honored as a celebration of light, vitality, growth, abundance, and transformation. In yoga, the sun symbolizes energy, consciousness, and the awakening of the inner self. Combined with International Day of Yoga, this gathering becomes a beautiful opportunity to honor the ancient practice of yoga while reconnecting with the rhythms of nature and the radiance within your own spirit.

This all-levels class will include an uplifting yoga flow, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and moments of reflection designed to help you awaken energy, cultivate gratitude, and welcome the new season with intention and openness.
