DESCRIPTION: Join DeAnna at One Soul Yoga on Tuesday, June 30 at 8:00 PM for a free evening of reflection, release, grounding, and sound beneath the radiant Full Strawberry Moon.

This year’s Full Moon rises in Capricorn, bringing powerful energy for clarity, discipline, personal growth, and stepping into alignment with your highest path. Capricorn encourages us to reflect on what we are building in our lives, release what no longer supports our growth, and reconnect with our inner strength, wisdom, and purpose. Combined with the sweet symbolism of the Strawberry Moon, a moon associated with abundance, ripening, gratitude, and fruition, this ceremony invites us to honor how far we’ve come while making space for what is still unfolding.

Together, we will gather outdoors on our yoga deck (weather permitting) for an evening practice that will include discussion, meditation, release practices, and a deeply relaxing sound experience to help restore balance and calm the nervous system.

All are welcome and it’s free to attend. Come sit beneath the Full Moon, release what weighs heavy on the spirit, and reconnect with your inner wisdom through community, ceremony, and sound.
