DESCRIPTION: Focusing on breath, alignment of bones, and core strength.  Students will be taken through a slow, mindful practice.  Setting an intent, utilizing pranayama (breath work), core work, and holding poses, students will build strength, body awareness, improve posture, and flexibility.  Finishing the class in a relaxing and rejuvenating savasana.  Students will build strength in the mind, body, and soul. Utilizing modifications and adjustments when needed, making the class suitable for beginners to advanced students!
