On Saturday, January 11, we will practice the basic poses that are the foundation of many yoga classes as well as practice, with several of our instructors, the different kinds of classes that are taught at One Soul Yoga.  Come learn how to feel comfortable on your mat in the present moment and connect mind, body, and spirit.
