The holidays are closing down and it’s time to relax! Join DeAnna on Tuesday, 12/28 for a special Candlelight Holiday Wine Down. 

We will start out with a glass of wine then move to meditation, yoga and crystal singing bowls. Our yoga practice will consist of very gentle stretching paired with restorative poses. We will end in an extended savasana and the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls to help you “wine down” from the busy holiday season. 

Don’t drink wine? No worries! We will have an alternative for you!
