We will take a different theme each week (such as 80s music, Disco Night, etc.) and explore a well-balanced flow with stretching, bending and breathing. A range of options and modifications will be offered to make this class largely accessible. Enjoy an upbeat, playful and not-so-serious yoga class to help you feel good on the inside and out!
