We will still have a theme, but this month we will have a different type of class each week. Schedule below.
On May 6 we will head outside on the platform at One Soul for a gentle flow. If the weather is bad, we will move inside.

Get ready for some movement, music, and fun in this mixed level class!  We will take a different theme each week and explore a well-balanced flow with stretching, bending and breathing. A range of options and modifications will be offered to make this class largely accessible. Enjoy a FUN, upbeat, playful and not-so-serious yoga class to help you feel good on the inside and out! Kids are welcome to attend with a participating adult. Kid drop ins are $5. Led by DeAnna
