Aug. 12: Back to School Family Yoga w/ Clay
It’s time to kick off the school year! We know the start of a new year can be stressful for parents and kids. This class is just what everyone needs to stretch, move, breath and practice mindfulness! This class is appropriate for the whole family. Cost: $15 for one adult/one child or $20 for a family of 3+.
