DESCRIPTION: Join Leah for a special Trauma Release class on Thursday, September 8 from 6:00-7:00pm. This class combines the use of benign, non-triggering language and specific physical movements aimed at targeting the most common places the body "holds" trauma.

We all have "issues in our tissues," and part of healing from trauma (physical and/or emotional) is releasing those issues, sometimes even if we're not really sure where they come from. Moving through some physical positions in a safe, nonjudgmental space, and finishing with a time of meditation in savasana, can do wonders for our healing and moving forward.

This class will be in place of the regularly scheduled Fusion Flow. Price is $10 or included with pass or punch card.
