Join us on Monday, November 30 at 8:00pm as we welcome the Full Moon. The moon flow quiets the body and mind and invites you to acknowledge and welcome the moon’s soothing lunar energy. The full moon is a perfect time to focus on gratitude, abundance and release.

The full moon is a time of abundance, generosity, and plentitude. As the full moon illuminates the night sky we are reminded to tap into our feminine energies (yes men, you have feminine energy that exists within you, too!)—we are provided with an opportunity to become fully open, receptive to the things around us, and to move through our own cycles and phases in life. It’s also a brilliant time to stop, breathe, and give gratitude to Mother Earth for all that she gives us.
