DESCRIPTION: Yoga & Christianity - Is yoga a religion?

We'll explore some common questions and concerns about the spiritual side of yoga, and whether or not its practice goes against biblical or traditional Christian teachings. 

If you've ever been a little afraid of the "woo-woo" part of yoga, or if you've heard, been told, or suspected that yoga is some sort of cult or suspicious religion, then this workshop is for you! It's also for you if you just want to learn more about where yoga comes from and how to integrate its benefits into your own spiritual journey.

We'll delve into history, scripture, share a light brunch, have some FUN, and end with a gentle practice (for those who wish to participate).
All materials provided but please bring a pen and a notebook.
