DESCRIPTION: The holidays are closing down and it’s time to relax! Join DeAnna on Tuesday, 12/27 for a special Holiday Wine Down Sound Bath.

We will start out with a complimentary glass of wine then move to a brief meditation followed by a full sound bath using the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and ocean drum. A sound bath helps heal on a vibrational level that induces a deeper state of relaxation. We will end in savasana to help you “wine down” from the busy holiday season.
