DESCRIPTION: Yoga Pose Alignment/ Injury Prevention Workshop

 Join Clay for a yoga pose alignment workshop.  In this workshop we will look at several common yoga poses, and common injuries from misalignment in the poses.  We will build your pose from the ground up to help prevent injuries  in yoga.  This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, there will be something for everyone.  We will also have time to look at any other poses that Clay does not cover, if you may be interested in looking at alignment.
