This gentle class may vary each time and will explore a mix of stretching and moving the body gently through yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), use of props (such as bolsters and straps), restorative/yin (for relaxation and healing) and mediation. We will use low lights, music and essential oils for a renewing experience. This class is suitable for all skill levels.
