Description
This gentle class may vary each time and explores a mix of stretching and moving the body gently through yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), use of props (such as bolsters and straps), restorative (for relaxation and healing) and mediation. We will use low lights, music and essential oils for a renewing experience. This class is suitable for all skill levels.
