Stretch & Flow is a gentle class taking on a slower pace. This class focuses mainly on floor-based stretching and asanas (postures) coupled with pranayama (breathing) that will help loosen the entire body and reduce tension and stress. At times, class may also explore gentle standing flow, meditation and aspects of yin and/or restorative yoga for relaxation and healing. Class always ends in a relaxing 10-minute savasana.
Stretch & Flow is suitable for all skill levels.
Led by DeAnna on Thursdays at 8:30 a.m.
