Description
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting in a chair or using a chair for support during poses. Students can use the chair as needed or in every pose. Benefits of chair yoga are increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. Chair yoga is great for students who have trouble getting on the floor or getting up, with balance or coordination issues, injuries, or students who do not do any type of physical exercise. Class will meet each student where they are in their journey. Chair will be provided for each student. Class is 30 minutes and led by Clay.
