DeAnna (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a co-owner and instructor at One Soul who initially began her yoga training to deepen her own personal practice and soon found a love of leading others through their yoga journey. Her belief is that everyone can benefit from yoga both mentally and physically. DeAnna likes teaching a slower paced class that emphasizes mind/body awareness, breathing and deep stretching. She loves to learn and is constantly broadening her yogic knowledge to share with others. She has a special interest in the chakra system, sound healing and meditation. She holds practitioner certification in Sound Healing as well as 200-hour Kundalini, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga.

Retreat t-shirt & goodie box, meals
Saturday 5/1: full day of yoga, workshops, activities & three meals
Sunday 5/2: half day of yoga/workshops, breakfast & mimosas.

Optional studio sleepover Saturday night. Bring blankets, pillows and anything else you will need.
Please remember we have ONE bathroom!

Lisa Smith will be on hand to schedule chair massages for $1/minute

Menu:
Saturday AM: pastries, muffins, fruit, orange juice
Saturday lunch: Sandwich tray, chips, cookies
Saturday dinner: Roma's pizza, breadsticks, salad, red wine, white wine, cookies & brownies
Sunday AM: pastries, muffins, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffles, orange juice mimosas

We will have water, tea (hot & cold), and K-cups on hand. We will also have a few snacks out for between meals.
Feel free to bring any food/drinks you want.

**Ladies may stay the night at the studio on Saturday at no charge.
(Limit 10 spots-must sign up in advance, bring your own sleeping bag) Please see the separate sign up to grab a sleepover spot.
