Ogni anno nascono grandi amicizie e troviamo sempre un po' di pace poco prima delle vacanze estive. 

La nostra pratica yoga è adatta a tutte le età e abilità. 
È possibile apportare modifiche e aggiustamenti a tutti gli studenti, indipendentemente dalle loro capacità. 
Per coloro che si sentono felici e sicuri nel ricevere, offrirò un tocco fisico tramite aggiustamenti manuali/assistenza nelle pose.                  
Ricordatevi di portare il vostro tappetino!!

 We're back, for practice in the Acciaiolo park!!!  
Great friendships are made every single year, and always we find some peace just before our summer holiday.
Our yoga practice is suitable for all ages and abilities. 
Modifications and adjustments can be made for all students no matter your ability. 
For those who feel happy and safe to receive, I will offer physical touch via hands on adjustments/ assistance in poses.
Remember to bring your own mat !!
