DESCRIPTION: Massages are tailored to the requirement of each individual. Some of the techniques could make you feel a bit of discomfort but shouldn’t be painful. If so, please let the therapist know to reduce the intensity. Some of these techniques are sports massage, soft tissue release, Thai and deep tissue massage and a combination of lymphatic drainage massage to give you a full experience of what your body needs.

On the manual treatment, your therapist will use touch (deep tissue manipulation, movement awareness, exercise and massage) to improve your body structure and function.
