DESCRIPTION: This class might suit you if you are looking for gentle start to your practice, taking steps to get in shape if you haven’t been too active in recent years, pregnant ladies who want to prepare physically for their coming baby or you may be a regular sports participant coming back from an injury; for all of these reasons yoga is an excellent low-impact exercise form.

Every week we will learn how to work with a different part of the body gaining more knowledge and also strength or the targeted area. By choosing different part of the body each week you will add muscle memory and confidence so you could incorporate it to you daily live or perhaps to a more advance practice.

Every week you will be introduced to the the key yoga poses and learn to work with your breath to enhance your practice. The intention is to give you a foundation to build on and confidence to progress to our regular classes. You will gain a more individual knowledge of you own body incorporating a functional anatomy approach.

There are wide range of variations to poses and props we can use to help people with limitations enjoy yoga so don’t rule yourself out if you have a health condition; call for a chat.

We have everything you’ll need here but if you’d prefer to bring your own mat that’s fine too.
